STUDENTS GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE(SGRC)

The Students Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is constituted to receive and address grievances and complaints raised by students regarding academic matters, library facilities, infrastructure, administrative services, and other facilities provided by the institution. The Committee follows an impartial, transparent, and student-friendly approach to ensure the effective and timely resolution of genuine grievances. It provides students with an appropriate platform to express their concerns and initiates the grievance redressal process in accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the University and the institution. The Committee meets periodically to review and examine the nature and pattern of grievances and takes suitable corrective measures for their resolution. Any student having a genuine grievance may approach the Students Grievance Redressal Committee and submitting a grievance.
